A follow-up list you can actually finish

Open a lot of CRMs on a Monday and you are greeted by a wall of overdue tasks, half of them duplicates because both spouses got one. Nobody works that list. They just stop opening the app.

The ZachCRM dashboard starts from people instead. The Who needs you card lists the households whose follow-up date has come up, with three views: Today, Overdue and This week. Each row is one household, with its status and when it is due.

The Who needs you dashboard card on This week, listing seven households from Daniel and Priya Ruiz (Under Contract, today) down to Ken and Mei Nakamura (Cold, in 3 days).

The order is on purpose. Under Contract and Hot households sit at the top, then Warm, then Cold, so if you only get through five calls before a showing, they were the right five.

Clearing a row is the call debrief from the last post: log the call, pick the next date, and the household moves to that day. There is no separate task to check off, because the follow-up date is the task. When you want the bigger picture, Open the full follow-up view shows everything that is due, past and coming up.

Small list, real people, finishable. That is the bar.
