Smart tasks now fire transaction steps
Checking a task off has changed household fields for a while. As of this release it can drive the transaction too: request the HOA documents, open the inspection window, log the title commitment as received. One click, the work is done and the milestone updates.
The practical effect is that your under contract checklist stops being a list of reminders about things you still have to go do somewhere else. It is the place the work happens.
Existing checklists picked this up automatically. Nothing to migrate, nothing to rebuild.

Group text and group email, from the phone
Reaching both people in a household used to mean two sends from the car, or waiting until you were back at a desk. Now the household screen has a group option for text and for email, with your templates available in both.
Sends log to the journal as one activity against the household, so the record reads the way the conversation actually happened rather than as two disconnected entries.

Compliance export, now at the transaction level
The household level export has been there since launch. This adds the version you actually want when a complaint lands: one transaction, every task, note, date, time and message inside the window, as a single PDF.
Rule 535.2(h) requires your transaction records and substantive communications kept for four years. If you worked the file here, the record already exists and this is just the print button.
Broker requests are the other use case. Send the export instead of assembling a folder by hand.
