ZachCRM is $50 a month for the whole database: household records on desktop and mobile, your own templates and action plans, commission tracking, compliance exports and Google Drive. Pro is $75 and adds transaction management, team mode, automatic leads over the API and every template Zach built over ten years. Pro is not here yet.
One price per plan, whether you keep two hundred households or twenty thousand. Nothing is metered, and nothing is priced by the record.
The trial is free and does not ask for a card. Bring a live file into it, work that file for a week, and decide from there.

Questions we get asked first
Is there a per seat charge for my team?
No. Commission calculations, tracking and projections are in the $50 plan. Team mode, assignment, supervisor visibility and the additional accounts for your members all arrive with Pro, at one price no matter how many agents you put in it.
What is the difference between ZachCRM and Pro?
ZachCRM is the database: household records on desktop and mobile, your own templates and action plans, commissions, compliance exports and Google Drive. Pro adds transaction management, inspection and appraisal tracking, email workflows for lenders and title, expense tracking, team mode, automatic leads over the API and Zach's full template library. It is not available yet, so there is nothing to choose between right now.
What happens when a new feature ships?
Improvements to what is already in your plan land at no extra cost. Bigger additions on the roadmap may arrive in Pro, and we will say which is which before you are asked to pay for anything.
Do I need a second phone number?
No. Calls and texts fire natively from your own number and log themselves, so there is no second line to hand out and no forwarding to explain.
